Meet the Founder

I'm Liz Reynolds, and for twenty years I had a lion in my house.

I didn't know that's what it was. I thought I was flaky. Lazy. Unmotivated. I thought it was just how I was wired!! The doctors said hormones. The wellness world said try meditation, try journaling, try this new app — and I tried ALL of it, and then some. None of it touched the real problem.

The real problem was that my body had spent two decades saving up cortisol for a fight it thought was coming. It learned that in an abusive relationship, and then it never unlearned it — not through the relationships I jumped into without ever giving myself recovery time, not through seventy-five-pound weight swings that were my body sending signals I couldn't yet read, not through a 2025 that nearly took my job, my home, and what was left of my sense of self.

The email was a lion. My boss was a lion. Getting out of bed was a lion.

And you cannot rest in a house with a lion in it.

Here's what I want you to know about how I got out: I didn't think my way out. I didn't discipline my way out. Seven years of personal development work made me a great deal smarter about myself and did NOT get me out.

What got me out was having the choice taken away.

In April I had foot and ankle surgery, which fixed three things at once. It put me completely off my feet for seven weeks. I had to give myself permission to stop moving. Not an easy task. Two and a half weeks in, I was sitting in bed watching a movie with the lake on my left, and a light turned on somewhere inside me that had not been on in my entire adult life.

I could breathe.

Calm. For the first time in two decades.

And in the same breath — the SAME breath — I thought of my mom. I thought of my best friends. And I knew they were all still in the house with the lion.

That's when this work started.

I'm the daughter of an entrepreneur who got belittled for chasing her dreams. I'm the first college graduate in my family. I'm a woman who has been to the bottom and built her way back three times — my clothes may be singed, but I am as strong as ever ascending from the ashes!

I am not a therapist. I am not a doctor and I am not a guru. What I am is a woman who found the water, and who is not willing to sit on the shore by herself while other women are still running — especially the ones whose doctors keep blaming hormones for everything.

The lion is the stress that stalks you. The lake is what's on the other side of taming it.

Come find the water!! I'll be right here.

What I Uniquely Offer

Kinship, cheerleading, and community from a woman who’s actually lived it.

Not theorized. Lived. My credibility is on me — singed clothes and all.

A futuristic, vision-first approach.

Most providers work in the present (here’s how you feel today, here’s a tool for now). I work in the future — I help women SEE and FEEL the woman they’re becoming. Most of them have lost the felt sense of feeling well. They can’t remember what better feels like. I can give them a vision they can move toward.

AI-powered life systems woven into nervous system work.

Wellness coaches are afraid of tech. Tech people don’t understand nervous systems. I’m a designer turned business owner who lived at her nervous-system rock bottom AND who’s actively using AI to free up her own bandwidth. I’m the rare bridge.

A safe, screened community.

I curate who gets in. Disrespect doesn’t get a seat. Active crisis gets referred to therapists. The community stays safe because I protect it.

Who I'm Here For

Some of these will sound familiar. One or two might sting a little. That's usually the one worth paying attention to.

  • You can't remember the last time you felt calm. Actually calm, not just quietly busy.
  • Every little task has started to feel like a lion is chasing you.
  • Your doctor said it was hormones. Or stress. Or nothing at all.
  • The "ick" has been piling up for years and you couldn't tell me when it started.
  • You're the one everyone leans on. You've stopped asking who you lean on.
  • You've built a life that looks fine from the outside and feels like survival from the inside.
  • You keep waiting to feel ready, and ready keeps not showing up.

You don't need another routine to add. You need permission to put something down.

Core Benefits

From not enough, not worthy, not truly seen → home to herself.
The three-phase journey:

Permission.

“You’re allowed.”
The doorway.
Nothing opens without it.

Reclamation.

“Remember her?
She’s still in there.”
The homecoming.

Becoming.

“And here’s who
you’re becoming.”
The horizon.

The mechanism is subtraction, taught through three levers: delegate to AI, stop unnecessary steps, and enlist help (and accept it).

You weren't born exhausted.
You were trained into it.

And anything trained can be untrained. Seven days, fifteen minutes a day, in a small group of women learning the same thing — that exhaustion isn't a character flaw, it's a nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do.

Round 1: September 14–20. $97, credited in full toward the 12-week cohort "From Lion to Lake" if registered before the end of day 7.
