You weren't born exhausted.
You were trained into it.

From Chaos to Calm is seven days of putting things down instead of picking more things up. Ten to fifteen minutes a day, in a small group of women learning the same thing.

Some of these will sound familiar.聽
One or two might sting a little.

You're tired in a way sleep doesn't fix.

You can't remember the last time you felt calm. Actually calm, not just quietly busy.

Every little task has started to feel like a lion is chasing you. The email is a lion. Your boss is a lion. Getting out of bed is a lion.

Your doctor said it was hormones. Or stress. Or nothing at all.

You've read the books, downloaded the apps, started the journals. You're still exhausted.

You've been called flaky, lazy, or unmotivated, and some part of you believed it.

You've built a life that looks fine from the outside and feels like survival from the inside.

You don't need another routine to add. You need permission to put something down.

It was never a discipline problem.

Your body has spent years braced for a fight it thinks is coming. That's not a character flaw. That's a nervous system doing exactly what it learned to do, in a body that never got the signal the danger passed.

Here's why the usual advice hasn't touched it. Every solution you've been handed asks you to ADD something. Another morning routine. Another supplement. Another alarm set earlier than the last one. You cannot add your way out of a system that never learned it was safe to stop.

Women don't need MORE. They need LESS.

That's the whole thesis, and this week is where it starts.

Seven days. Ten minutes each.聽

Every day you get one short lesson, one prompt, and me right there with you. All of it lives in one private space on my own site, so the lesson, the prompt, and the conversation are never more than one click apart. A week about doing less should never feel like one more thing to keep up with.

聽1 路 The Lion in Your Living Room
You'll do the 5-Minute Reset before you've read a word of theory. Most women feel something shift right there.

2 路 Where the Shoulds Came From
Name three "shoulds" you've been carrying that were never actually yours.

3 路 Integration
The lightest day on purpose. Share one should you're setting down this week.

4 路 The Good Girl's Nervous System
Why exhaustion is a trained response, not a personal failing.

5 路 Naming Your Lions
Start the worksheet. Find the everyday triggers that keep you braced.

6 路 Her Lions, Named
Your triggers on paper for the first time. This is the day it gets real.

7 路 You Weren't Born Exhausted
The payoff. What you do with all of it from here.

What's included?

  • Seven daily lessons, ten to fifteen minutes each
  • The 5-Minute Reset:聽a guided audio you'll keep and use long after the week ends
  • Name Your Lions:聽the worksheet that makes your triggers visible on paper
  • One private space, on my own site:聽the lessons, the daily prompts, and the conversation all live in the same place, and it鈥檚 yours the day you sign up
  • Me, showing up in there all week, not just posting and disappearing
  • Everyone starts the same day, so you鈥檙e actually going through it together

This聽IS for you if:

  • You've tried everything and you're still tired.
  • You want to feel a difference this week, not in six months.
  • You can give it ten to fifteen minutes a day.

This聽ISN'T for you if:

  • You're looking for a quick fix or a thirty-day transformation. This isn't one and I won't pretend it is.
  • You want a therapist. I'm not one, and this doesn't replace one.
  • You haven't had persistent exhaustion looked at medically. Please do that first, or alongside this. Ongoing tiredness has real medical causes worth ruling out, and I'd rather you have both than pick one.
  • You want to lurk. The conversation is where half of this happens.
Meet the Founder Image

Why me?

I spent twenty years in fight-or-flight and didn't know it had a name. I thought I was flaky, lazy, unmotivated. The doctors said hormones. I tried everything the wellness world sells and none of it touched the real problem.

What finally got me out was having the choice taken away. Surgery in April put me off my feet for seven weeks, and two and a half weeks in, sitting in bed with the lake on my left, I felt calm for the first time in my adult life.

And in the same breath I thought of my mom, and my best friends, and I knew they were still in the house with the lion.

I am not a therapist, a doctor, or a guru. I'm a woman who found the water and isn't willing to sit on the shore alone.

That's the whole reason I'm doing this.

$97 for Round 2

That's founding pricing. It goes to $147 starting in 2027.

And if you decide during the week that you want to keep going, your $97 is credited in full toward From Lion to Lake, my twelve-week program that opens in January. To lock that in, join the Founding Cohort Waitlist before your round ends on day 7. It's free, there's no card and no commitment, and I'll show you where on day 4. If you go through more than one round, the credit applies to your most recent round only. Nothing to decide now.
